Billing Coordinator

Kiesha has studied at Saint Petersburg Junior College and the University of Phoenix. Originally from Tarpon Springs, FL, she loves working for such an amazing doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and team members! She puts her whole heart into everything she does, which includes creating great care experiences at Serenity Orthodontics.

Kiesha currently lives in the Cleveland area with her husband Chip, their two children Xavier and Cierra, and three fur babies. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, working in the yard, and traveling.

Melissa

Smile Design Coordinator

Melissa has been working in dentistry for over a decade now. She studied at Gainesville State College; in addition to her managerial expertise, she is a certified orthodontic assistant and OSHA-certified. What she loves most about her job at Serenity Orthodontics is getting to see the confidence grow in every special patient during their smile journey!

Melissa is from Flowery Branch, GA and lives with her husband Nehemiah and their daughter Ava. They also have a dog named Boss and will becoming a son named August in 2020. Outside of work, her favorite hobbies include spending quality time with family, traveling, and cross-stitching, which she finds very relaxing.

Tracy

Office Manager

Tracy has been working in the dental field for over 15 years so far, having studied at Lanier Technical College and State University. In addition to her managerial expertise, she is an Expanded Duties Certified Assistant, BLS/CPR certified, and a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management. What she enjoys most about her work is getting to be a part of such a life-changing transformation for our patients! She also loves being part of such an amazing team. Dr. Podray and Dr. Lewis are such positive influences!

Tracy and her husband Carey have five children named Trenton, Baleigh, Blake, Carrington, and Piper. Outside of the practice, she spends lots of time supporting the kids in all of their extracurricular activities, as well as riding their Harley, boating, keeping up with college football (Geaux Tigers!), and just being outdoors, especially wherever there’s sand and waves. She also always enjoys a good day at the casino!
